Job responsibilities:

  • Design content marketing strategy and determinate content distribution channels

  • Confirming with stakeholders the tone of voice, positioning, targeting, and key messages

  • Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high-quality content

  • Building a content distribution network (choosing channels, developing relations with media / newsletters / bloggers / influencers etc)

  • Maintaining editorial calendar and handling periodic publications

  • Edit, proofread and improve content

  • Being very well informed about product, roadmap, plans, industry trends

  • Constant monitoring media space re industry updates and company mentions

  • Optimising content marketing funnel for better conversion

  • Job requirements and key competencies:

  • Experience in digital marketing on the key company’s markets - the US, the EU and preferably China

  • Strategic thinker

  • Tactically aware – knowledgeable about what’s going on in content marketing and digital communications, as well as fintech and DeFi industry

  • Highly organized - able to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while managing essential admin and reporting work

    Basic qualifications:

  • Fluent English

  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills (English)

  • At least 3 years of digital marketing

  • Good network and knowledge of the media industry experience

  • Background in tech/DeFi/financial fields

  • Experience in an editorial position

  • Knowledge of PR best practices

  • Experience in running PR campaigns
