We are growing and looking for a CMO/ Marketing & Community Manager to lead our Marketing area.

Propose and set a Marketing Strategy across channels and target audiences, with input from our lead team.
Lead the Content Creation strategy. Communicate the narrative and value to its community via planning, writing and editing educational content.
Lead community building initiatives. Community-building programs to expand our developer community, non-technical community, and new geographies
Lead our Social Media Strategy and execution across all channels.
Relationship Building. Be the main point of contact and build strong 1:1 relationships with key individuals and contributors around our community.
Lead the content writers team and the community managers teams. Be their main point of contact, answer their questions, plan their strategy, build KPIs to measure and improve the marketing efforts.
Work cross-functionally with marketing and development teams to launch new products, features, and campaigns throughout the community.
Plan and run events and hackathons online/offline for the technical and non-technical communities.
Manage the relationship and strategy with any external marketing or PR agencies.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Commercial or equivalent experience.
Deep understanding of DeFi, blockchain and cryptocurrency industry is mandatory! A solid understanding of relevant blockchain technology and communities highly preferred.
Creative thinker, and quick learner that requires very little oversight.
Capacity to adapt to fast changing environment and quickly shift priorities.
Strong personal organization and project management abilities. You get things done!
Experience building community, ideally with a technical audience.
Native or Fluent English.
